The Galaxy Book line also has an in-device photo upscaling feature that allows you to sharpen details and clean up blurry images using Intel's fast NPU. (It can process AI tasks at up to 47 trillion operations per second.)
Both variants of the Galaxy Book5 Pro feature an AMOLED touchscreen with a resolution of 2880 x 1800 and a variable refresh rate of up to 120Hz. Its 14-inch counterpart is slightly thinner at 0.46 inches (11.7 mm) but is 21 percent lighter at 2.71 pounds. The estimated battery life is significantly less with 21 hours of video playback.
Meanwhile, the Galaxy Book5 360 features a 15.6-inch AMOLED touchscreen display with a resolution of just 1920 x 1080 and a 60Hz refresh rate. (Samsung released the “Pro” variant late last year with a sharper, smoother 3K/120Hz screen.) The company says its new 2-in-1 foldable device model is rated at 31 hours of video playback.
All three devices can be equipped with Intel Core Ultra 7 “Evo” processors, but they only come standard on the 16-inch Galaxy Book5 Pro. The 14-inch model and Galaxy Book5 360 use the Core Ultra 5 “Evo” chip in their cheapest configurations. The Galaxy Book5 360 is limited to 16GB of RAM and 256GB or 512GB of internal storage.
