Three new managers have been chosen for the Meta platform company, one of them is strong Donald Trump Supporter
UFC CEO Dana White joins Meta's board of directors CEO Mark ZuckerbergBeing the boss and maintaining majority control, he hires someone who has been one of the most influential sports and media executives for some time.
And it's worth noting that White has been on the campaign trail with the president-elect for the past year, speaking at rallies and having him along with a crew including Elon Musk at UFC fight nights the past few years.

White expressed his excitement about joining the Meta board in a statement on X.
He wrote: I love social networks. And I'm excited to be a small part of the future of AI and emerging technologies.”
Also joining the panel are former Microsoft executive Charlie Sunghorst, who has previously worked with the company on artificial intelligence products, and Exov NV CEO John Elkann. The meta board joins. Elcan has stakes in many European businesses, including Ferrari NV and Italy's popular soccer team, Juventus FC.

Zuckerberg, 40, said in a statement: “Charlie, Dana and John add expertise and perspective that will help us tackle the enormous opportunities ahead with artificial intelligence, wearables and the future of human communication.” via Bloomberg.
White also shared some words from Zuckerberg in his X post, where the latter praised Zuckerberg for creating “one of the most valuable, fastest growing and most popular sports companies in the world.”
Zuckerberg added: “I have admired him as an entrepreneur and his ability to create such a popular brand.”
Zuckerberg continues to build Meta's board of directors, which now has 13 members. In recent years, he has also hired DoorDash CEO Tony Zhou and Dropbox CEO Drew Houston.

The reason for the changes in the board revolves around the meta's shift in focus to artificial intelligence and the metaverse.
As for White's addition, given the Facebook founder's interest in mixed martial arts, he has a relationship with Zuckerberg.
In the past, Zuckerberg worked through jiu-jitsu and other fighting styles with striking skills UFC fighters Like Israel Adesanya and Alexander Volkanovsky.
Now, given Trump's past criticism of Meta, White's connection to Trump has been highlighted. However, Zuckerberg and Trump have been working on their relationship since the two dined at their Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida in November.
