Some job seekers in 2025 may be looking for remote jobs, and a recent report from FlexJobs identified the companies with the most to offer.
The flexible job posting site ranked Working Solutions #1 in its “.Top 100 Companies for Remote Jobs in 2025The list was released earlier this week.
The company, which also took first place last year, describes itself as a “call center outsourcer.”
FlexJobs ranked Working Solutions and 99 other companies by reviewing “over 60,000 companies and their remote job postings” in 2024. The company considered completely remote and hybrid roles. Remote jobs.

After Working Solutions, Liveops, a call center solutions company, was ranked second on the “Top 100 Companies to Watch for Remote Jobs in 2025” list. Like Working Solutions, it had the same position as the previous year.
Meanwhile, UnitedHealth Group was looking for candidates to fill the third most remote positions in 2024 and ranked No. 3 among the top 2025. Remote work The healthcare giant is one of the few companies to appear in the ranking every year since its inception in 2014, companies Flex Jobs said.

Staffing firm Kelly and telecommunications company Telus rounded out the top five, according to the report.
No. 6 went to Robert Huff International, a California-based staffing firm. Prime Therapeutics was ranked No. 7, followed by Transcom at No. 8, FlexJobs said.
This ranking placed BCD Travel in 9th place in 2025. According to its website, the travel management company has more than 15,000 workers.

Rounding out FlexJobs' top 10 for remote jobs was Amplify Education. The company says on its website that it “develops K-12 core and supplemental curriculum, assessment and intervention” and reaches about 15 million American students.

FlexJobs also highlights “high remote control”. Job titles Look for companies.” They included Accountant, Software Engineer, Account Executive, Customer Service Representative and Project Manager etc.
Salary for such positions varies. Accountants saw a median annual salary of $79,880 in 2023, while customer service representatives earned $39,680 and software engineers earned $130,160, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
A separate ResumeTemplates survey released in late October found that 56% of full-time American workers indicated they were “already looking for a new job or planning to start” in 2025.

According to the survey, about 17 percent of respondents looking for a career change identified the desire to work remotely as their “main reason.”
Data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics shows that more than 23 percent of workers for at least 16 years have worked “some” or “all” hours remotely from home in November.
