Bober Markey Fedorovich (BMF), CPA and Counseling Company, have named Nathan Lieb and Allison Gill as newest partners, with the promotions to take effect on 1 July 2025.
Lieb and Gill have made significant contributions to their respective customs in the company.
Nathan Lieb's journey began in BMF as an intern in 2012, and over the years is said to have risen to become a leader within the company's tax practice.
Its expertise in the provision of ASC 740 tax is located as a trusted adviser to various multi-authorship companies, including public and private C corporations, s corps, limited liability companies, and partnerships.
Lieb is also actively involved in the community. He is a member of the Akron University Accounting Boards and MTAX Governance, contributing to the development of accounting professionals in the future.
He has served as Treasurer of Torch Carriers Akron and has led a harvest campaign for BMF BMF famine.
BMF's partner and a member of the Executive Committee Theodore A. Wagner said: “Nathan has been a key driver for the company's ASC 740 practice growth.
Allison Gill joined the company in 2020 and has established himself within the audit exercise.
With more than 15 years experience, Gill leads some of the company's complex audit commitments, working with multinational and domestic companies across various industries such as aerospace, protection, various products, manufacturing, and automotive.
Gill's leadership extends beyond their audit duties, as it chairs the Company's (E3) employee (E3) Enrichment and Engagement Committee, promoting a positive culture in the workplace and encouraging community participation.

Earlier, in March 2025, BMF elevated Kristian Barr and Michael Bigler of senior management to directors in the assurance and consultation department of his north -east Ohio team.
