My Arcade features Gamestation Retro machines packed with games

As part of its presentation at CES 2025, the manufacturer of peripheral and console games My Arcade several new hardware products appeared, all aimed at showcasing retro gaming. The range of devices ranged from handhelds to tabletop arcade cabinets, several of which were made in partnership with gaming companies such as Bandai Namco and Capcom.

The biggest launch at the event was My Arcade's Gamestation Retro collection, which offers three different products: The Gamestation Retro Go, a handheld device; the Gamestation Retro Pro, a console; and the Gamestation Retro Mega, a tabletop arcade cabinet. All three are scheduled for Q3 availability and will feature several retro games packed into each device, including Pac-Man, Galaga, Pole Position, Street Fighter 2 and Mega Man, among others.

The Super Retro Champ is the My Arcade cartridge based handheld.

The GameStation Retro devices retail for around $200, $150 and $300, respectively. According to My Arcade, this line of consoles is part of its mission to “(bring) retro gaming to a modern audience.” The company also announced two different controllers, the Gamestation Retro Gamepad and the Gamestation Retro Arcade Stick.

The company also revealed – or perhaps reappeared – its Super RetroChamp console, a handheld device that can play SNES and Sega Genesis cartridges. It can be mounted and used with other controllers, especially for those who want to play co-op. My Arcade first showed off the Super RetroChamp at CES 2020, and are reportedly planning to launch it later this year.
