MANILA (Reuters) – The Philippines, the United States and Japan have vowed to strengthen and deepen ties between their countries, Manila said on Monday after a meeting between their leaders.
Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. actually met with US President Joe Biden and Japanese Prime Minister Shigeru Ishiba on Monday morning from Manila.
“I am confident that our three countries will continue to work closely together to maintain the achievements we have made in improving and strengthening our relations,” Marcos said during the meeting.
