Robinhood Broker-Dealers to Pay $45 Million to SEC Settlement for Series of Violations (HOOD:NASDAQ)

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission said Monday that two broker-dealers owned by Robinhood Markets (NASDAQ:HOOD) have agreed to a $45 million settlement to resolve allegations of violating a number of securities law provisions.
