Sony is going to update the catalog of PlayStation Plus games for Extra and Premium subscribers, adding in January. The obvious headliner here is (PS4 and PS5), one of the biggest PlayStation blockbusters in recent years.
In an epic 2022 adventure, Kratos and his son Atreus attempt to prevent an event that could lead to the end of the world. At the end of 2023, Santa Monica Studios expanded the main game by releasing it acts as an epilogue. Kratos can have permanent improvements, as well as temporary ones, which are valid only for the duration of a given race.
If you haven't already done so, we highly recommend going through God of War before we delve into Ragnarok. The story of the 2018 game is directly related to the story of the sequel (and it's a damn good game, too). Fortunately, God of War also available in the Game Catalog.
Another new addition worth checking out is this great rhythm action title. (PS4). It tells the story of a young woman trying to mend her broken heart through a series of creative levels set to a stunning pop soundtrack. Sayonara Wild Hearts was an Apple Arcade launch title, but it left that service a few months ago. This is one of my two favorite games of all time and I can't recommend it enough.
Highly acclaimed sci-fi RPG Citizen Sleeping also in the mix. It will appear in the games catalog a week and a half before the release of the sequel. will be released on January 31st.
Other extra-tier newcomers include 2023 spin-off Like A Dragon, (PS4 and PS5), role-playing games Fallen Atlas: Kingdom of Sand (PS5) and SD Gundam Battle Alliance (PS4 and PS5), action-adventure ANNO: Change (PS4 and PS5), tower defense game Orcs must die! 3 (PS4 and PS5) and Poker club (PS4).
Premium subscribers will have access to two more games in addition to everyone else. This Indiana Jones and the King's Staff (PS4 and PS5), which debuted on PS2 in 2009, and Middle Ages II (PS4 and PS5), which originally appeared on PS1 in 2000.
