A Cathay Pacific flight Leaving Boston, it was forced to turn around shortly after takeoff following reports of smoke in the cabin and cockpit.
Footage released online purportedly shows smoke from the cabin of flight CX811 – an Airbus A350 – after it departed for Hong Kong early Monday morning.
“At first I thought maybe it was just the difference in altitude,” said passenger Emily Chen. told WCVB. “And then I thought, 'I can't breathe. What's going on?”
“I said a few prayers, I said, 'Dear Lord, let's all get somewhere in one piece,'” he added, describing the incident as “terrible.”

Finally, the plane Landed safely in Boston Around 3:21 a.m., according to FlightAware website data.
Cathay Pacific did not immediately respond to FOX Business' request for comment.

The airline told WCVB that “the precautionary flight is back there Logan International Airport in accordance with standard procedures.”

No injuries were reported. Engineers are reportedly investigating the cause of the smoke.
Passenger Hoachen Wu told WCVB, “We (started) the flight and I just saw a lot of smoke around me.
