'Reckless to the core…': Woman's Cruel Aite graduates spark debate

A woman's careless indiscretion on an IIT graduate has set social media on fire and has been branded as “core”. The statement, shared in a viral post, sparked a wave of comments both incendiary and defensive over the reputation of India's top engineering talent.

In her post, she didn't hold back: “Every Ikari I've met is not that distasteful to the core. Reluctance to generalize, but I've never seen an average IITIAN (especially one from tier 1 IITS and higher branches (1)). Has an air of extreme elite power and Always put on a pedestal. Arrogant a****s, very dismissive of others.”

Blunt criticism resonated with many, leading others to share their own encounters. One user described a troubling job placement episode: “There was an IIT 92 air in my office. He complained to the HR deputy when he was offered a workstation when half of the average engineering college backpack was away from him. He resented being next to an official engineering graduate. Getting a seat.”

Adding fuel to the fire, another wrote: They are in their 20s but look like they are in their 60s. “

But not everyone agreed. Stereotyping critics of the Post. Many fought against their own positive experiences of working with Aytian.
“I did my Ph.D. from IIT. My husband is 600 Air. We, we went to IIT a long time ago. Not all IITians are like that. You find all wrongdoings.”

Another user wrote: “I work with more than 15 badass non-IITians every day. They are humble, hardworking, talented and have no attitude whatsoever.”
