Tricorbraun finishes occupying Veritiv containers


The Packaging Company Tricorbraurn has completed the acquisition of Veritiv containers, supplier of glass, plastic and metal containers.

The first acquisition was announced on December 9 of the previous year.

Veritiv containers, formerly known as all American containers, distribute rigid packaging solutions that cater to various sectors, including food and drink, wine and ghosts, personal care, nutraceutical, and industrial.

Adding Veritiv containers comes with seven new warehouses and more than 500,000 feet² of additional capacity to the TriCorbraun network.

Although the financial details of the transaction have not been disclosed, it is anticipated that the acquisition will have a positive impact on TriCorbraun service offerings in North America and customer attainment in the rigid packaging market segment.

Established in 1902, TriCorbraun is a world packaging company with over 2,000 workers across more than 100 locations in America, Europe, Asia and Australia.

Last month, Tricorbraun Have reached an agreement To acquire Euroglas in Germany and Glassack in Austria.

The two acquired companies have been supplying rigid packaging solutions to the European market. This move will expand the presence of Tricorbraun in the German, Austria and Switzerland region.

Euroglas and Glassack, both established in 1992, are family businesses.
