On Saturday, a major closure of Sony's PlayStation Network (PSN) has unable to access thousands of concerts online services, stores and multimedia apps.
“We know that some consumers are currently facing issues with PSN,” the PlayStation said on its social media platforms.

Contact issues have spread rapidly on social media, consumers are disappointed with error messages and login failures.

According to the Dowan detector output tracking site, users started reporting issues with PSN at the end of Friday.
Soon after, Sony responded to consumer concerns, and confirmed the issues without providing details about the possible cause of the closure.
