A unique drainage pipe in a tank in northern California is activated for the first time in six years, creating a mesmerizing whirlpool that resembles a spit.
Higher than normal water levels have caused the characteristic of Monticello Dam in the Napa County, according to local water agency officials.
This is the first time this release system, known as The Morning Glory Sriblway, has been seen since February 2019.
