Vice president JD Vance On Tuesday, he said that the US would secure American artificial intelligence and tokens and block efforts to “arma” critical technologies.
“Some authoritarian regimes stole and used artificial intelligence to strengthen their military intelligence and supervision abilities, capture foreign data and create propaganda to undermine the national security of other nations,” said Vance in a speech at the top of the French action in Paris.
“I want to be clear, this administration will block such efforts, full stop,” added Vance. “We secure American technologies AI and Chip against theft and improper use, we work with our allies and partners to strengthen and expand these security and close paths to opponents achieving AI's capabilities that threaten all our people.”

In a suggestive waving towards American allies present in peace, Vance added that he “never pays” for cooperation with companies operating within such authoritarian regimes.
Cooperation with such pages means “joining his nation to the authoritarian master who tries to infiltrate, dig and take over information infrastructure,” added the American vice president.
Europe should accept the “border”
Vance also aimed on Tuesday to Europe, saying that officials on the continent focused too much on the regulation of artificial intelligence and adding a handrail to technology, and not on accepting the possibilities and its growth potential.
Looking for America as a “leader” in artificial intelligence, Vance said that the US wants their European allies to support a more favorable approach to technology than before.
“Just because we are a leader, it does not mean that of course we want or we have to go alone,” Vance said, adding that “America wants to cooperate with you all and we want to start the revolution and ahead of us with the spirit of openness and cooperation.”
“But to create this kind of trust, we need international regulatory systems that promote the creation of AI technology, and does not suffocate it, especially our European friends, to look at this new border with optimism than anxiety.”
