The Financial Times first reported that Washington had asked its European allies to provide information about weapons, peace troops and security arrangements provided to Ukraine.
A European diplomat said, “It is clear to see how European allies have seen a possible framework of negotiations for ending the conflict and possible involvement in Europe and the United States. “”

One diplomat said it included six questions, especially for EU member states.
Ukrainian President Wolodmeer Zillsky called for the establishment of a European army on Saturday, and discussing that the continent can no longer believe in the protection of the United States and will only be respected by Washington with a strong army.
“The Americans are approaching the European capitals and asking how many soldiers they are ready to deploy,” said a third diplomat.
The US Department of State did not respond to the request to comment immediately.
