Uber Technologies (NYSE:UBER) planned $950 million to buy Delivery Hero SE'S (DHERO) Foodpanda's business in Taiwan has been blocked by the country's antitrust regulator.
The acquisition was blocked by Taiwan's Fair Trade Commission, Delivery Hero confirmed in statement on Wednesday.
