Bluesky launches 'Trending Topics' feature in search


Social media platform Bluesky has launched a beta version of Trending Topics, the company announced in a post on their platform. The new feature is one of the most requested by users and matches a feature that was already available in competing themes. about nine monthsand on X (at that time on Twitter) at least since 2017.

The Trending section shows the most popular viral content on the platform with topics such as Christmas, Nosferatu and Wikipedia (thanks to Elon Musk) is currently at the top. Any words that you mute will also not appear in trending topics.
