The structure today announces many new products, the most intriguing of which should be Framework Desktop. Like all other products of the company, this is a modular desktop PC with an emphasis on modularity, modernization and repair. Naturally, the first question is why, given that the PC is already modular, updated and repair, but the focus is paid to making it accessible to those people who can see the words “thermal” and “insert” and need it and need On an urgent trip to ER, this is not the first time that something like this was discussed: in 2014, Razer Citched Project ChristineA gaming computer with autonomous components dressed in cartridges that can change and go out.
The second reason for this machine was the new AMD. Ryzen Ai Max ChipWhich was shown to the public in CES in January. But there is one drawback in all these achievements – RAM is soldered to the motherboard to allow it to be stunning in memory of 256 GB/s, which, according to Framework, is impossible with standard RAM. To compensate, Framework promised to provide a fair game with the price of memory, which makes it “more reasonable than you can find with other brands”, that is, Apple.
Framework knows that it swims in different waters with this product, and therefore it is obliged to use as many standard components as possible.
