President Trump has stopped tariffs for Mexico and Canada until April 2, but Ford, Prime Minister Ontario, Canada, is not satisfied. He talked to Eda O'Kif about the trade war and his threats to increase the tariffs for Canadian energy for several US states, telling the Americans to blame Mr. Trump of their higher electricity bills.
