Women around the world will call for equal payment, Reproductive rightsEducation, justice and decision -making during demonstrations celebrating International Women's Day on Saturday.
Officially recognized by the United Nations in 1977, International Women's Day Honored by -different and varying degrees in places around the world. Protests are often political – and sometimes fierce – they are introduced in the efforts of women to improve their rights as workers.
The demonstrations are planned from Tokyo to Mexico City, and the world theme of this year is the “Acceleration of Action”, which comes at the moment when many activists are worried that the current political environment can lead to the abandonment of many rights for which they have long been fighting. International Women's Day is a global holiday – and a call for action – marked by demonstrations, mostly women, all over the world, starting from fighting protests to charity. Some point out the economic, social and political achievements of women, and others call on governments to guarantee equal payment, access to health care, justice for the victims of gender violence and education for girls.
This is an official holiday in more than 20 countries, including AfghanistanBurkina -fos, Ukraine, Russia and Cuba, the only one in America.
Like other aspects of life, social media play an important role on International Women's Day, especially by increasing the demonstrations held in countries with repressive governments to women and in general.

While the idea of a women's day arose in the United States with the American Socialist Party in 1909, it was a German feminist who pushed the World Honor during the International Socialist Women Conference in 1910 in Copenhagen. The UN began honoring the holiday in 1975, which was the International Women's Year, and its General Assembly officially recognized the day two years later.
On March 8, women in Eastern Europe have long received flowers – and sometimes weekends. But chocolate candy and candy may face humiliating gestures, showing lack of understanding of the struggle that makes women protest, especially in regions where protests were fighting.
