Google is Android update to support AuracastBluetooth le technology that allows you to create, listen and switch between Bluetooth Audio Public Broadcasts On the devices that you already have. In the simplest, Auracast can allow you to configure your Bluetooth headphones on a muffled TV in public space and hear its sound. For Google, however, it seems that the company is primarily interested in using this function to make the hearing aids even more useful.
Google plans to use AuraCast as a way to get a streaming transmission of Bluetooth sound to hearing aids associated with your phone or tablet. If the TV or stream device supports AuraCast, you can use your Android device to connect the hearing aids directly to the source and hear what you play. The company says that any presents that you set up to configure how your auditory sound will be transferred to the audio that you hear through AuraCast. On Pixel 9 devices, you can even skip the immersion in the settings to switch to broadcasting and instead scan a QR code to immediately connect the hearing aids.
This function goes to Pixel 9 through Third beta -version of Android 16which is also produced today. In addition to AuraCast, the software before releasing includes a new accessibility option that allows you to outline the text to simplify reading and the “Local network protection” function, which will give any Android 16 device “More control over which applications can access devices in your local network,” says Google.
The final version of Android 16 is still left aside, but Beta Developer Beta is available for downloading supported devices today. If you do not want to experiment with beta version, Google says you can try AuraCast using the Samsung Galaxy device that controls one user interface 7 and compatible hearing aids or Starkey.
