Justin Baldoni plans to “expose” what his spokesman calls a “false” story by Blake Lively's name legal complaint against the actor.
The actress' upcoming trial will share the “truth” after Lively accused Baldoni of sexual harassment leading up to the filming of the Colleen Hoover remake, “It Ends With Us.”
“This is not an answer or a rebuttal — it's a deliberate search for the truth,” Baldoni's attorney, Bryan Freedman, said. People magazine.

“This decision will reveal and expose the false and damaging reporting that has been deliberately created by a reliable media publication that relies on dirty sources and ignores the process of checking facts to ensure the authenticity of these texts,” Baldoni's lawyer said.
“There is an incomparable collection of factual evidence, including timelines and connections, that have not been fabricated or dissected out of context, unlike the modified story ('New York Times') that which began on Saturday, December 21, 2024,” the statement said.
Fox News Digital has reached out to Freedman for additional comment.
“This decision will reveal and expose a false and damaging report that was deliberately created by a trusted journalist who relied on dirty sources and ignored the process of checking the facts to ensure the authenticity of these verses.”

The actress reportedly called an “all hands” meeting on January 4, 2024 regarding Baldoni's alleged behavior with filmmaker Jamey Heath where her husband, Ryan Reynolds, was present.

“Ms. Lively was forced to address concerns about Mr. Baldoni's and Mr. Heath's misconduct with them directly, and began doing so months before filming began,” the complaint, obtained by Fox News Digital, reads. “The concerns she raised were not just hers, but those of other women and workers, some of whom had spoken up.”
Some of the behaviors in question included not showing Lively nude videos or images of women, no mention of Baldoni's or Heath's “porn addiction”, no more interviews about personal experiences with sex, no more descriptions of their genitals, no. more than adding sexual scenes outside of what was in the original script, there are no more discussions about Blake's weight or the dead father, and more.
