Russian drones hit a military hospital, a shopping center and apartment blocks in the second largest city of Ukraine, Kharkiv, killing two people and wounding dozens, while US President Donald Trump expressed anger as the president of Russia Vladimir Putin for comments about the leader of Ukraine.
Ukraine general armed forces employees condemned “intentional, targeted firing” of a military hospital at the end of Saturday. Among the victims were members of the service who were treated. Regional Governor Oleh Syniehubov said that the killed is a 67-year-old man and a 70-year-old woman.

Trump threatens Russia with sanctions
In a telephone interview on Sunday morning, with NBC News, Trump referred to Putin's comments on Friday about the temporary transfer of Ukraine under external rule. Trump said he was “angry, pissed” when Putin “began to deal with Zelenskyy's credibility.”
Putin repeated his claim that Zelenskyy, whose date expired last year, has no legitimacy of signing a peace agreement. According to the constitution of Ukraine, domestic country is illegal when it is legal.
“If the contract is not concluded, and if I think it is Russia's fault, I intend to give secondary sanctions against Russia,” Trump told Trump Kristen Welker, adding that there will be a “25 to 50 points tariff for all oil.”
“Everyone who buys crude oil from Russia will not be able to sell their product, any product, not just oil, to the United States,” he said.
