South Korea discovered and captured two tons cocaine Hidden aboard the Norwegian ship, the AFP authorities said on Friday, which marks the largest drug bust in the country.

Drugs were packed in 56 bags, each contained 30 to 40 kilograms (about 66 to 88 pounds), the authorities said, led to a total departure of about two tons.
“Previous field tests have confirmed the substances as suspects in cocaine,” Korean Coast Guard official said.
“The attack is the largest in history, about five times more than in the previous record, which made 404 kilograms of methamphetamine,” Korea's official official service said.
It is estimated that the price of the street is $ 697, they added.
Authorities have launched a joint investigation to interrogate the captain and the crew of the ship on the origin and the intended assignment of the drug and the route used to transport them.
Investigators also said they were considering potential ties with international drug syndicate and will expand cooperation with the FBI and HSI.
