Emergency services in Ukraine claim that more than 30 people were killed and dozens of others were injured in a Russian ballistic missile strike in the northeastern city of sums.
The city is located about 30 miles (48 km) from the Russian border.
By posting on his telegram channel, President Zelenski says Russia struck the center of sum “on the day when people go to church – an advantage, the holiday of the Lord's entry into Jerusalem.”
