The next leadership It is a weekly podcast that I associate with Kristin Stoller, where we talk to lights on their industry, their ways of work and their attitudes on the business environment.

We recently stayed with Roblox CEO and COFOUNDER DAVID BASZUCK Talking about how the gaming platform hit, drawing over 85 million users and 2.8 million developers. Like the father of four children, Baszucki spoke about the importance of security: for users, developers, and brands. “Hearing even one bad experience from someone on the forum really puts in view when we multiply at that level,” he said.

At a personal level, he wants to change Roblox's experience for people working there, “thinking about how we treat our employees, how we run our shop, all the way to how we run our safety and citizenship as a basic prosperity of how we run the company.” He also talked about his philanthropy work in metabolic health, motivated by the effect that nutrition had on the symptoms of his baby's illness. That prompted him to focus on his own sleep, nutrition and well -being, which he says is as important to good leadership as is the case with elite athletes.

We recently spoke to Scott Boatwright, CEO of Chipotle About how he directs AI to a restaurant chain, his tax response, and his relationship with Brian Niccol, his predecessor and current CEO of Starbucks. You can listen to the section here. And part of the last week is located and Wendy's CEO Kirk Tanner.
