Tesla Bull calls 'Red Code' saying Musk needs to leave Doge

Wedbush Safety Analyst Dan Ives scooping another big alarm bell to Tesla Inc., a warning that CEO Elon Musk faces his own fork on the road while the electric car manufacturer is preparing to report the first quarter's revenue on Tuesday.

“Musk needs to leave the government, take significant steps back to Doge, and return to Tesla's CEO at all times,” wrote Ives in a report to customers on Sunday. “Tesla is Musk and Musk is Tesla …. And anyone who thinks the damage to the musk has caused it is not a matter of fact …

Two weeks ago, Ives reduced his price target by 43%, citing a brand problem created by Musk and American business policies Donald Trump. Ives' main argument has been Tesla's ability to suffer against Trump's tax policies in China, where the company produced more than five of its revenue last year. Musk has also been the face of Trump's efforts to slash the size and scope of the federal government, and upset the ongoing users who are the key to the client for the American electric car manufacturer.

“Unfortunately Tesla has been a political symbol around the world of Trump's Trump/Dove,” wrote Ives on Sunday. He then removed several marks: Tesla's stock has been suppressed since the launch, the first quarter's delivery numbers were bad, and the protests against Tesla were underway. Tesla faces “the possibility of 15% -20% of Tesla buyers' demand due to the damage to the Musk brand has created with Doge,” Ives said.

Tesla shares have fallen 43 percent since January 17. While the company reports revenue on Tuesday, it will face questions on 2025 sales, development on driving and robotaxi network plans, and how tariffs will affect profits. Coming on everything is the role of musk in the White White House.

Ives said he continues to be stronger on Tesla, maintaining a high level and calling it one of the most disturbing technology companies in the world for years to come. ” However, he said Tesla needs “his important property” – Musk – back to the company all the time.

“We see this as a fork in the road time: if Musk leaves the White House there will be a permanent brand damage, but Tesla will have its most important and strategic properties as a full -time CEO,” wrote Ives. “If Musk chooses to stay with the White White House it can change the future of Tesla/Brand Damage will grow.”
