Let's quickly re-elect Speaker Mike Johnson to fast forward Trump's blue-collar prosperity agenda. This is the riff. Last Monday, President Donald Trump issued a ringing endorsement for the re-election of Speaker Mike Johnson.

Add to Johnson's list of endorsements former Speaker Newt Gingrich, who said in an interview that Republicans shouldn't waste their time fighting ugly and that the GOP should get behind the speaker: “They're on a program of Republican unity.” They need it. The next 2 years.”
Any number of prominent figures in the Republican Party have endorsed Mike Johnson as speaker — and gladly, let me add my name to the list. He is a supporter of growth Tax reduction. He is a staunch hawk on closing the borders, stemming the flood of illegal immigration, and rooting out terrorism in this country. He is a man of law and order. He is a proponent of “practice, baby, practice” and believes in Trump's “America First” foreign policy of “peace through strength.”
In other words, President Johnson is a common sense conservative and has been incredibly accessible to the media. The Parliament will convene tomorrow to begin the 119th Congress with the election of the Speaker as the first session.
I remind people that on Monday, January 6, the parliament must vote to approve the presidential election, but without the Speaker, the parliament cannot approve. If the House, along with the Senate, fails to provide confirmation, President-elect Trump may not become President Trump on January 20. Think about it! So, this is not the time to dawdle. The Republican House and Senate must act.
According to senior advisers close to President Trump, he wants to see “a big, beautiful bill” on his desk from both houses of Congress as soon as possible. The bill would include tax cuts, border closures, fossil fuel reform and licensing, and a “peace through strength” defense boost.
During the campaign, Mr. Trump's working-class coalition was repeatedly promised fatter wallets, heavier paychecks, tax cuts, cheaper energy, closed borders, and more. The promises that were made were fulfilled. A big, beautiful compromise bill to combine all the fiscal policy issues—that only needs a 51-vote majority in the Republican Senate.

Let the blue collar boom begin immediately. The House has already passed HR1. in energy and HR2. On immigration, the House Ways and Means Committee's Jason Smith has spent much of the last year working on Trump's tax cuts.
Senator Mike Crapo is ready to pass a major tax cut from his Senate Financial affairs Committee. The entire bill could be done before the middle of the year, helping President Trump carry out his sweeping mandate for change.
