But some legislators were surprised by the idea that the two bills would not be possible.
House Freedom Caucus Chairman Andy Harris, R-Md., told Fox News Digital last month, “I think we need to prove to the American people that we can. protect our borders. The bottom line is, I think they need to be in roughly the same way. But I believe that tax is very complicated. ”
