Prosecutors say on Monday an 82-year-old woman from Colorado, who was injured in Molotov's cocktail attack on demonstrators who supported Israeli hostages in Gaza.
Karen Diamond died as a result of serious injuries she suffered during the attack on June 1 in the center of Boulder, Colo. Prosecutors exchanged 29 victims, including 13 who were injured.
Mohamed Sabry Solum was already in the face of dozens of numbers in the state court on charges, including an attempt to murder the first degree, using an incendiary and cruelty of animals, because the dog was wounded in the attack. He was not accused of initial allegations that now include the first -degree murder.
The Associated Press left the voicemail on Monday for the public defender of Soliant in the state. The office usually protects its lawyers to comment on their matters in the media. Initial interrogation to determine whether there is sufficient evidence to follow the case, is established for July 15.
Separately, the Solian was accused of 12 federal hate crimes. During the trial at the Federal Court, he adopted an innocent request for these allegations.

Governor Colorado Jared Polis said on Monday a statement that he was devastated by Diamond's death and that he would be deeply felt by the city of Boulder, the Jewish state and community.
“Karen was taken from us too early and we mourn her loss, remembering her life and the influence she had on those who loved her,” said the policy.
During the demonstration, Soliman posed as a gardener and wore a construction vest to get closer to the group before the start of the attack, prosecutors say. Investigators claim that Soliman told them that he was going to kill participants during a weekly demonstration. Apparently, he shouted “Free Palestine”, throwing two of over two dozen Molotov cocktails, which he prepared.
Prosecutors say that the victims were directed because of their perceived or real national origin. The attack motivated by someone's political views is not considered a hate crime in accordance with federal law.
The Solian told the investigators that he tried to buy a weapon, but he was unable because he was not a “legal citizen”. Federal authorities stated that an Egyptian citizen lives in the US illegally with his family.
