Aaron Rodgers admitted that Sunday's game could be the last time he plays in the NFL.
Rodgers was asked by reporters if New York JetsThe season finale against the Miami Dolphins could be the last of his career on Wednesday.
“Yeah, sure,” replied Rodgers.
Rodgers hasn't made a final decision, but says he will before the start of free agency in March. Rodgers is under contract with the Jets for next season, and is set to earn $23 million. However, the Jets are also slated to hire a new coach and general manager during the offseason after Robert Saleh and Joe Douglas, the administration that brought Rodgers to New York, were fired in the middle of the season.

“I'm ready to go with the situation,” Rodgers admitted of the challenges of Sunday's game. “I think there's going to be a change here, and if I'm (not) part of the change, then I want to make sure everyone knows that I have nothing but gratitude for my time here.”
He also said he expects the new coach and general manager in charge to make a quick decision about his future with the team.
“I don't think we'll get that far,” Rodgers said. “There's going to be a regime change here, at least with GM. Whatever they end up doing, I'm sure I'll get a call or a conversation and go from there.”
Rodgers missed most of his first season with the Jets last season after suffering a season-ending Achilles injury in the Jets' Week 1 game against the Buffalo Bills. This year, despite a full season of health from Rodgers, the Jets went 4-12.
