Anker 20K Power Bank with Charging Base Sells at Record Low Price

If you're looking for a power bank, one of our favorite models is back to Black Friday prices. Amazon made a discount Prime Power Bank from Anker with a capacity of 20,000 mAh – with additional base included – up to $110, or 41 percent off the regular price of $185. As mentioned, Anker Prime was last priced at $110, its current lowest price ever, during the Thanksgiving holiday.

Anker Prime is an Engadget Favorite premium power bank. Aside from its sleek design, the main reason to choose the Prime over other more affordable models is the ease of use you get by pairing the power supply with an optional base. The accessory features magnets that allow you to easily align the charging contacts, so you don't have to fiddle with a cable to start the charging process. Moreover, the base with one USB-A connector and two USB-C connectors doubles the number of ports offered by Anker Prime.

Anker's 20,000 mAh Prime Power Bank is ideal for those who value convenience and ease of charging. The law enforcement department was also not without problems.

In terms of charging speed, it's in line with what you'd expect from other 20,000mAh power banks. In our testing, Prime charged the iPhone 11 to 75 percent in 47 minutes and to full in an hour and 48 minutes. With a 3,110mAh phone like the iPhone 11, you can expect the Prime to fully charge your device three to four times before it needs a charge of its own.

The only downside to the Anker Prime is how expensive it is at its regular price. At $110, this is a much better buy.
