There's an all-new depth gauge for snorkeling and swimming, as well as sensors that support sleep apnea detection. The speakers are even vastly improved over previous generations, making the Apple Watch Series 10 a decent option for podcast viewing. However, these are just hours, so we can't recommend using the speakers for long periods of listening. Other people will hear you and the music will sound harsh and boring.
Battery life remains at 18 hours. It's a bit annoying, but the Series 10 can charge up to 80 percent in just 90 minutes when using a certified fast charger. This means you'll just need to find an hour or so to plug it in towards the end of the day if you want to track sleep.
