This week we look back at our hellish 2024 and try to figure out where to go next. We started the year with a lot of hype around AI, but it cooled down after we saw how useless many AI features turned out to be. It is also clear that many companies, including Microsoft and Apple, are trying to push half-baked AI concepts onto users. Looking ahead, we expect a tough few years for the tech industry (not to mention the world at large).
