Biden to meet Japanese and Philippine leaders, White House says Reuters

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – US President Joe Biden will hold a public meeting with the leaders of Japan and the Philippines during a trip to Rome this week, the White House said on Wednesday.

Armed forces from the Philippines, the United States and Japan conducted a “maritime cooperation exercise” within Manila's economic zone in the South China Sea in December, the US Indo-Pacific Command.
