“Breaking Bad” aired on AMC for five seasons from 2008 to 2013, and despite the show ending more than a decade ago, fans continue to visit the iconic home, much to the chagrin of its current owner, Joan Quintana.
In a recent interview with Albuquerque television station KOB-TV, Quintana admitted that at first they didn't mind the fans visiting, but the encounters soon became numerous. After his parents died, he and his siblings decided to sell the house.
Quintana explained: “This house has been our family home since 1973, almost 52 years. So, we're just going with our memories. It's time to move on. We're done. There's no reason to fight anymore.”
While the popular series was filming, the Quintana family became close with the cast and crew. Speaking to the TV station, Quintana shared some behind-the-scenes secrets, including how her mom, Fran, was always baking everyone during filming.

“What was funny was Bryan Cranston couldn't eat a single cookie. Because he had cancer on the show, so he was losing weight. So, he was passing, but everybody—all the directors, all the writers—were eating cookies. They were eating. On the last day of shooting, he's taking a picture of my mom holding a biscotti because he finally got to eat her cookies.”
