With 1,880 pieces, this replica of the 18th century Rome landmark is over 15 inches (38 cm) wide and 10 inches (25 cm) tall. The facade of the main building is finely detailed, with light pink accents that add a nice touch of warmth.
The new minifigure statues are expressive (even without faces), and the hippocampi sculptures with horse heads look especially dynamic. And the water has a sense of real depth, thanks to multiple layers of transparent bricks.
It's not the first time Lego has produced a model of the Trevi Fountain; the 2014 version had less than half the pieces of the new set. The new one is far bigger and bolder.
