Dizzaract games officially launched as the largest game development studio in the Middle East with 160 people.
Based in Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates, Dizzaract sets its sights on redefining gaming by combining artificial intelligence, immersive gameplay, and blockchain technology. The studio aims to lead the wave of AI-powered Web3 games.
That fits the strategic mission of Abu Dhabi, recently established Beam Venturesa $140 million fund that focuses on investing in Web3 games.
Dizzaract wants to push the boundaries of gaming through patented game-changing AI frameworks
traditional gameplay to adaptive and interactive experiences. The studio has registered patents for 'Adaptive Machine Learning Framework for Gaming Support' and 'Personal AI Learning and Training Framework for Gaming Systems.' These innovations allow games to dynamically respond to player actions, making every session unique.
“2025 marks the beginning of what we call the 'AI Supercycle' in gaming,” said Ilman Shahzaev, founder of Dizzaract Games. “We're moving beyond scripted events to create a living world where AI agents adapt to player decisions and even emotions in real time. This move will blur the line between gaming and reality, offering deeply personal and immersive experiences. “
Dizzaract's main game, Farcana, is a team-based hero shooter developed on Unreal Engine 5. Work on the game began in 2022, but the company remained in stealth. It looks similar to Overwatch in terms of gameplay, and Shahzaev said he is encouraged to see the recent success of Marvel Rivals, another hero shooter that debuted recently.
The title features 24 unique characters with diverse tactical roles and advanced AI integration, the game delivers immersive storytelling and deep strategic gameplay. As the first high-budget game developed in the UAE, Farcana aims to set a new benchmark for triple-A production quality in the region, presenting a Middle Eastern take on the popular Marvel Rivals.
In addition, the game includes Web3 features, offering players true ownership of in-game assets and
blockchain-powered economies.
Dizzaract's patented adaptive and personalized AI frameworks represent a leap forward for the gaming industry. These technologies enable real-time analysis of player behavior, adjusting gameplay, NPC interactions, difficulty levels, and even in-game economies to match each player's unique journey. This approach drives deeper engagement and keeps players immersed in what the studio calls an “endless dopamine loop,” Shahzaev said.
Dizzaract's vision goes beyond traditional games. With AI with Web3 integration, the studio is building decentralized economies where players can truly find their assets and identities in-game. The studio envisions a future where digital ownership becomes the norm, and web features become the norm in gaming, allowing players to transfer achievements, avatars, and assets across multiple games seamlessly.

“Gaming is becoming more than entertainment,” Shahzaev said. “It's becoming a culture where players are creators, decision makers and stakeholders. AI and Web3 are at the heart of this transformation.”
With the launch of Dizzaract Games, the Middle East is cementing its position as a leading center for technological and creative innovation in the gaming industry. The studio is ready to lead the charge into a future where gaming is a combination of immersive stories, dynamic economies, and real-world value.
Shahzaev said in an interview with GamesBeat that he made a terrible decision back in 2018. He was working on a doctorate in the comfort of academia, but he was also very interested in cryptocurrency. During the 2018 crypto crash, he decided to withdraw from the PhD. program and focus on crypto entrepreneurship. It was a very profitable move, and then he started supporting a $10 million crypto mining data center. He was also a major player with an interest in esports.
All these interests came together in Dizzaract, where he tries to create a balance between Web3, gaming, and AI. He wants Dizzaract to change the gaming industry through innovative technologies such as AI and Web3, and what this means for the future of game design.
Shahzaev's vision of how AI will transform player experiences, including real-time changes in gameplay and personalized interactions. He predicts that by 2025, gaming will enter the “AI Supercycle,” with games that dynamically respond to players' actions, decisions and emotions in real time. He believes that AI agents will work within games with advantages and challenges. He has seen pushback in terms of inclusion and adoption of AI, but believes the benefits will outweigh the negatives.
Shazhaev believes that AI will play a central role in the development of Web3 gaming in 2025. He envisions an AI-driven in-game economy where prices, resources and events are adjusted according to player behavior and market trends . He also sees the integration of digital property and AI as a catalyst for the creation of entirely new markets for game assets and experiences, similar to the rise of Internet companies in the late 1990s.
In addition to this, Shazhaev notes the growing trend of AI agents, especially their role in managing in-game economies. Recently report from VanECK says that more than a million new AI agents will be created by the end of 2025, emphasizing their potential impact across different sectors. According to Coingecko data, AI agents currently represent a market cap of $11.3 billion.

“In Web3 games, AI agents can manage in-game economies, providing real-time insights and keeping systems dynamic and responsive. Web3 is another essential element that drives this supercycle. By 2025, digital ownership will no longer be optional – it will be a primary expectation,” said Shahzaev. “Players will own their assets and in-game identity, transferring achievements seamlessly across games while they participate in economies that mirror world markets.”
For example, imagine an avatar from one game carrying its skills, history, and assets to another, creating a unified digital identity. The CEO of Epic Games has already envisioned connecting Fortnite, Minecraft, and Roblox into a unified metaverse, where digital assets can move freely across platforms, he said.
“Unreal Engine offers the most suitable platform for mass adoption as millions of players engage every day. AI-driven Web3 games dominate the market by combining immersive gameplay with decentralized economies,” said Shahzaev. “In-game economies, powered by AI, will be as dynamic and complex as real-world markets. These games transcend entertainment, becoming cultural movements where players become evangelists, with AI-powered avatars as an extension of their digital identity.”
He believes that each player's experience will be uniquely designed, from storylines to gameplay mechanics, creating highly personalized journeys. This convergence of AI and Web3 will also open up entirely new markets for assets, experiences, and even professions within gaming.
