Argentina President Javier Miley gave Elon Musk a cutter during the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) in Washington on Thursday.
By waving the cutter over his head on stage, Musk told the attendees that it was a “bureaucracy cutter”.
The cutter was engraved with “Viva La Libertad, Carajo”, Spanish for “Long Live Liberty, the hell.”
Miley known the energy instrument during her successful running in 2023 for the Presidency of Argentina, a symbol of the deep cuts he made at the country's government spending.
