Flutter, the US-listed owner of FanDuel, has warned that revenue and profits will take a hit after customers have a hot streak of winning US sports.

The company said in a marketing update Tuesday that the NFL season is the “most customer-friendly” since online sports betting began, with the highest level of favorites winning in nearly 20 years.

Flutter said his biggest loss during the quarter was Dec. 30 when the Detroit Lions' win over the San Francisco 49ers cost him $74 million.

Flutter said it will take in about $390 million in revenue from November 12 to December 31.
