Finnish authorities are investigating the oil tanker Eagle S, which is suspected of “further sabotage” of the Astelink 2 power cable between Finland and Estonia, which was damaged on Christmas Day. The tanker is believed to be part of Russia's “shadow fleet” of vessels transporting banned Russian oil products.
