Smart lighting company Govee has unveiled a new product that creates an unusual new product category. Gaming Pixel Light displays still or animated pixel images with 8-bit audio tracks. It can also show you weather updates, sports schedules, and Bitcoin prices on its retro display. But it wouldn't be CES 2025 thing without AI this or that inside, so you won't be surprised to learn that its companion app lets you create AI pixelated images from text prompts.

As the product name suggests, the Gaming Pixel Light is positioned as additional lighting (table or wall mounted) for gamers. But it can be suitable for anyone who wants to create a fun atmosphere or fun conversation in their home.
