She highlighted her father's unwavering commitment to work even in challenging situations. Despite the financial instability of his current organization and not receiving his regular salary for over a year, he has continued to work tirelessly, often putting in extra hours and working on Sundays.
Describing her father's leadership qualities, Priyanshi shared how his mentorship earned him immense respect and loyalty. Many professionals who trained under him decades ago still seek his guidance and have followed him across organizations to remain under his mentorship.
“Despite all these disadvantages, he gives his 200% to the company, even giving his Sundays and extra hours, thanks to his sensitive nature.”
He has started looking for work due to the financial instability of his current company making it difficult for him to meet his personal and family needs. After much persuasion from his family, he decided to explore new opportunities in the automobile industry.
