How to help people affected by the LA fires


I have been compiling a list of relevant information that may be helpful to those affected by the devastating fires in Los Angeles.

Here is some of the information I have gathered, and I have tried to post things that are relevant to those who work in the game industry.

The game's community has already been hit hard by disasters like layoffs in the past two years. Los Angeles is home to perhaps the largest concentration of game companies and workers in the world. Its center is Santa Monica, which is very close to the non-existent Pacific Palisades fire. There are reports on social media of several people in the game industry who lost their homes among the 100,000 who were living in the evacuation zones. So far, 24 have died in what could be the worst property damage accident in the region's history.

Netflix said he donates $10 million to various organizations including the Los Angeles Fire Department Foundationthe California Community Foundation, Central World Kitchenthe Motion and Television Assetsand the Recreational Community Fund.
