The new Galaxy S25 Ultra starts at $1,300 for 256GB of internal storage. It is also available in 512GB and 1TB. All configurations are equipped with 12 GB of RAM.
Color options include Titanium Silverblue, Titanium Whitesilver, Titanium Gray and Titanium Black. When purchasing directly from Samsung, you can also choose from three exclusive colors: Titanium Pinkgold, Titanium Jetblack and Titanium Jagraden.
The Galaxy S25 Ultra features a 6.9-inch QHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. This is compared to the 6.8-inch screen on the S24 Ultra. The screen is covered with Corning's advanced Gorilla Armor 2 screen protector, a first-of-its-kind glass ceramic with anti-glare surface treatment to resist scratches and reduce glare. The phone is rated IP68 for water and dust resistance (meaning it can withstand immersion in fresh water for up to 30 minutes).
The rear cameras feature a 200-megapixel wide-angle camera, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide camera, and two telephoto lenses: one 10-megapixel and one 50-megapixel. Last year's Ultra model had a similar lineup of cameras, except for the ultra-wide-angle one, which only had a 12MP resolution. At the front, there is a 12MP wide selfie camera.
The battery capacity is listed at 5000mAh, which is the largest capacity in the S25 family and the same as the previous S24 Ultra. Weighing in at 218g, the phone is 15g lighter than last year and 0.4mm thinner at 8.2mm. Connection statistics include Wi-Fi 7, 5G and ultra-broadband. Of the S series phones, only the Ultra model comes with the included S Pen, which resides in the built-in pen slot.
