The state funeral is being held in Iran for about 60 people, including military commanders and nuclear scientists killed during the 12-day conflict with Israel.
The coffins, draped in the Iranian flag, carrying portraits of deceased commanders, were surrounded by large crowds near Englab Square in central Tehran.
The conflict ended with the termination of fire earlier this week after the United States was directly involved in the bombing of key nuclear sites in Iran.
Among those who have died is Mohammed Bager, the highest-ranking military officer in Iran, who was the head of Iran's Armed Forces Staff.
Huge crowds of grieving, dressed in black chanted slogans, removed Iranian flags and held portraits of the killed.
The funeral on Saturday will also include Jostein Salami, commander -in -chief of Islamic revolutionary guards, as well as a number of nuclear scientists such as Mohammed Mehdi Technichi, who was the head of Azad University in Technran.
Comes after US President Donald Trump said he would “Absolutely” think again of the bombing of Iran.
Responding to a BBC nomination at a White House press briefing on Friday, he said he would “undoubtedly” attack the country if intelligence concludes that Iran could enrich Uranus for levels.

Iran's Foreign Minister Abbas Aragchi warned Trump not making “disrespectful” comments about Hamenei, who claimed to us and Israeli strikes on Iranian nuclear sites did not achieve “nothing meaningful”.
