Santa Dominican Republic – At least 27 people were killed and more than 120 were treated after the roof fell in a nightclub in the Dominican Republic capital on Tuesday, the authorities said. The crews searched for potential survivors at The Rists in Jet Set Club in Santom Daming, said Juan Manuel Mendes, director of the Emergency Operations Center.
“We believe that many of them remain alive, and so the authorities will refuse here until no person is left under this constipation,” he said.
He said the teams were still working to determine the total number of people who attended the incident during the incident.

In one hospital where the injuries were taken, the official stood on the street, reading aloud the names of those who survived, as the crowd gathered around her and shouted the names of his loved ones.
It was not immediately clear that it led to the roof cliff.
