Jimmy Carter, former president and Nobel Peace Prize winner, has died at 100

Former US President Jimmy Carter, who redefined the post-presidency and won the Nobel Peace Prize for his efforts to resolve international conflicts, has died at the age of 100, the Carter Center announced on Sunday.

Carter died peacefully on Sunday, December 29, at his home in Plains, Georgia, surrounded by
