Landman Release Schedule: When Paramount Plus Finale Drops


Yellowstone Season 5 is over, but another Taylor Sheridan-created show is still in the midst of releasing new episodes.

Landman, the latest addition to Sheridan's Paramount Plus slate, premiered on the streaming service in November. Described from Paramount Plus as “a modern-day tale of finding fortune in the world of oil rigs,” the West Texas series stars big names like Demi Moore and Jon Hamm. Billy Bob Thornton plays the main role – Tommy Norris, crisis manager of an oil company. The show is based on the Boomtown podcast, from Texas Monthly magazine and Imperative Entertainment, and is co-created by Boomtown presenter and writer Christian Wallace.

Although that does not carry Paramount Network's hit series YellowstoneParamount Plus is the place to find the following shows featuring Sheridan: 1923, 1883, Mayor of Kingstown, Loman: Bass Reeves, Special Ops: Lioness and King Tulsa. You can watch the first nine episodes on Paramount Plus now. In the US, a new installment arrives every week until January 12 and will be available to stream 3 a.m. ET / midnight PT. See below for dates.

Paramount Plus summer price hike brought Essential's monthly price from $6 to $8 (for new subscribers — the price didn't increase for existing subscribers). New and existing subscribers now pay more for Paramount Plus With Showtime, which is $13 a month instead of $12. The streamer's annual plans did not increase.

Aside from the addition of Showtime programming, there are a few key differences between Paramount Plus Essential and Paramount Plus with Showtime. You won't see as many ads if you have the Showtime plan, and the offer also lets you stream your local CBS station live and download titles for offline viewing.
