Webcam is 1080p, very firm, although we see a lot of high -end laptops switch to 5 megapixel sensor or even 12 MP as new. MacBook Air (M4). I encountered a serious problem, during the video calling. The camera works well, but every time I start a video call, it will blink to black every second. Lenovo seems to be convinced that this is a fix, but that's not what you want to see on an expensive machine.
Fast and long -lasting?
ThinkPad X9 14 is available in two processor options, Intel Core Ultra 5 226V and Core Ultra 7 258V. My unit is faster options, although it is not a power. They are part of Intel's Lunar Lake series, which reduces the balance with the efficiency and battery life rather than the brute force. That is expected in this laptop layer (although it is noticeable M4 MacBook Air is by comparison).

I am not impressed with the cinebench and Geekbench scores, but as long as you shop in the list that is suitable for your needs, you will not be disappointed by ThinkPad X9 14. For general work and business cases, ThinkPad X9 14 will suit you.
The battery life is not as strong as I expected, only 12 hours and 15 minutes in my local video delivery test, after many of its colleagues or at least the laptop with this chip. However, this is better than Windows laptops in previous Intel generations. Depending on your workload, it can still help you overcome almost a working day out of the wall.
A new era
ThinkPad X9 14 feels like a test. On Lenovo's official website, it markets equipment for small business owners, which is theoretical significance, but Lenovo also has a ThinkBook line, a completely separate brand for this demographic. People tend to be more affordable, while ThinkPad X9 14 has high -end features and designs.
